These terms apply when you use sunsideup.solar (including lp.sunsideup.solar), ask SunSideUp Solar for a free bill review or consultation, or get text messages from us. SunSideUp Solar is the business name of Emmanuel De Leon, a sole proprietor (“we” or “us”). By using the site or sending a request, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

SMS Terms

Program. SunSideUp Solar Appointment Texts, sent by Emmanuel De Leon, doing business as SunSideUp Solar. If you check the optional box on one of our forms, or tell us on a call that you want texts, we text the mobile number you gave us to confirm, remind you of, and update the appointments you book with us, such as your free solar consultation. We don't send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies with your appointments: usually a confirmation, a reminder and any schedule change.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• To stop texts, reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message. We'll send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, and then no more. To start again, reply START.
• For help, reply HELP, or email us at contact@sunsideup.solar.
• Texts are optional. Agreeing to them is not a condition of buying anything, and we'll still help you by phone and email if you don't.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We never share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Calls and email

When you send a request, you agree that we may call the number you gave us, including with automated technology, and email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Tell us during a call, or email us, if you don't want to be called again.

Estimates are not offers

The savings calculator and any estimate we give you before we review your home and bill are estimates, not guarantees. Your actual savings depend on your roof, shade, energy use, utility rates and the programs you qualify for. Sending a request doesn't create a contract; any system you buy or finance is covered by its own written agreement.

Using this website

Please give us accurate information and only request a consultation for a home you own or have permission to act for. Don't misuse the site, for example by sending automated or false requests. The site's content, photos and logos belong to SunSideUp Solar or are used with permission, and the general information on it isn't legal, tax or financial advice.

Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, SunSideUp Solar isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
